Ramey and TCI Promote Catfish in Boston

This morning, The Boston Globe ran an article on Ramey and The Catfish Institute‘s efforts at the International Boston Seafood Show. “The International Boston Seafood Show provides an excellent venue for TCI to educate seafood buyers about the many benefits of U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish,” Institute President Roger Barlow said in a statement. Some of the catfish farmers themselves were on hand to talk about their practices, as well as top chefs showcasing the flavor and versatility of U.S. Catfish.
